Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring for the role of Cluster In-Charge / Virtual Technical Assistant to support and manage service operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, smart, and capable of handling a team of field service engineers while maintaining effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate with service engineers working in the field.
• Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution of service-related issues.
• Act as a point of contact between customers and the service team.
• Maintain and update data using MS Excel and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor field operations and ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide virtual assistance and technical coordination as required.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
