Potential Risk
Blind Spot
Dump trucks have poor visibility, which often makes it difficult for even the trained drivers to see obstacles/ workers behind the truck while reversing.
Overloading & Tipping
Overloading the dump truck can cause it to become unstable and often tip over, which leads to severe injuries or fatalities.
Tipped Skip
Lowered skips are optimum for safe driving. And dump trucks can become top-heavy and lose balance when driving with the skip tipped.
Bumpy Road
Dump trucks can become unstable when unloading on uneven grounds, which may result in falls or trips. Even a slight deviation goes a long way when heavy-duty vehicles unload any material.
Untrained Drivers
Driving dump trucks require skilled drivers to operate the vehicle safely. Without adequate training and supervision, driving dump trucks can be fatal!

Features
Ensuring Stability for Safe Tipping on Uneven Terrain
In such a situation, the display comes into action, and flashes indicate the driver to become alert about the uneven tyres. Also, it keeps the tipper locked until and unless all 4 tyres are even with one another.
The tipper body starts tipping only after the driver brings the vehicle into a stable state when all 4 tyres are on the same level.
Auditory & Visual Indicators for Controlled Tipping Angle
Most of the companies set standard angle (like 9 or 10 degrees) up till which the truck bed is allowed to tip. Our product gives flexibility wherein you can
program it (or instruct us to program it) and set an optimum angle for the truck bed. This feature enables tipping of the truck bed on until the preset
angle and not beyond that. Wondering how this happens?
When the vehicle is in stable state and the truck bed begins to tip, the auditory and visual indicators of the Display Unit comes into action. As and when it reaches the set optimum degree, the auditory indicator begins to beep and the visual indicator starts to flash red light inside the cabin. This
helps the driver to understand that the bed has tipped uptill the required angle and he can stop it right there!
Secure Lock-in of Tipper Bed After Unloading
Consequently, the truck bed starts to make displacements, and the chassis receives hammering every time the vehicle passes through potholes. The truck beds may also get unlocked and lead to mishappenings. Well, not anymore! The third feature of the Rollover Safety System indicates the driver sitting in the cabin (via the Display Unit) and informs him if the truck bed is precisely locked at the bottom of the chassis or not.
